Your Voice Matters: Help Shape Business Resources in Yakima County

Small business owners, we want to hear from you!

The Yakima County Development Association (YCDA), in partnership with Zocalo, has launched a Business Needs Assessment Survey.

Zocalo is working to create a year-round market and business incubator to support local entrepreneurs throughout the Yakima Valley.  Whether you’re running a business from home, a store front or have started a side hustle–your input will help shape the kinds of support services and spaces developed to help your business grow.

Why Should You Take the Survey?
  • Your feedback matters.  The responses will help us build programs that reflect the real needs of our small business community.
  • Results will guide the development of support systems like technical assistance, shared business space, and funding strategies.
  • Bilingual support available.  Bilingual volunteers are ready to help you complete the survey and can meet you where you are.
Take the Survey Now

As a thank you, everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a drawing for a Surface Pro.

Made possible due to support from YCDA investors, the Community Reinvestment Project (funded through South Central Workforce), Wells Fargo and grants from the Washington Economic Development Finance Authority (WEDFA), and the Washington State Microenterprise Association (WSMA) .
