Reverse Job Fairs

Generic Reverse Job Fair Graphic

Unlike conventional job fairs where employers setup booths, a Reverse Job Fair puts job seekers in the spotlight.   Local Career Technical Education program participants are able to showcase their skills, resumes, and projects completed for businesses to explore.

This dynamic approach allows individuals to actively present what they have to offer, making it easier for companies to identify talent that meets their current or future workforce needs.
