Hosted at Toppenish High School.

The Yakima County Development Association (YCDA), in collaboration with Toppenish High School and Swan Graphics, hosted the first Reverse Job Fair on April 30, 2025.  This event flipped the traditional job fair format–empowering students to take the lead by creating their own booths to showcase skills, resumes, and hands-on projects for local employers.

Over a dozen career and technical education (CTE) programs were represented.  Students engaged directly with employers from the area, practicing professional communication and presenting their future career goals.

We’re grateful to our employer participants who showed up ready to connect, inspire, and scout emerging talent.  Events like the Reverse Job Fair bridge the ga between education and employment.

Special thanks to the staff and administration at Toppenish high School and Swan Graphics for their leadership and support.

Next up: Reverse Job Fair at YV-Tech, May 15, 2025
