YCDA is rolling out a series of programs aimed at fueling local business growth and strengthening our business community.  Our upcoming programs include–the Bilingual Business Accelerator Program, the Construction Accelerator, and City Outreach Events–are all about giving entrepreneurs the tools and support they need to overcome the unique challenges of running a local business.  Whether you’re just getting started or looking to expand, these programs will connect you with with valuable resources, professional guidance, and a network of peers to help you succeed. 

Bilingual Business Accelerator Program

The Bilingual Business Accelerator Program is designed specifically for entrepreneurs and small business owners who are looking to grow into the next phase of business and will be offered in both English and Spanish.  This program will include modules on Financial/Digital Education, HR Management, Real Estate, Marketing and Promotion, and Financing.  Geared towards businesses that are at least two years old, have fewer than 30 employees, and have active growth plans needing additional assistance.

Construction Business Accelerator

Our city’s growth and infrastructure evolution depend heavily on the strength of our construction sector.  The Construction business accelerator is designed to empower construction entrepreneurs with the knowledge, resources, and strategies necessary for success.  This program offers practical training in project management, financial planning, and regulatory compliance, along with access to industry experts who van provide guidance tailored to the construction industry’s unique demands.  With a goal to help create jobs, enhance local infrastructure, and drive sustainable development throughout the region.

City Outreach Events

city Outreach Events area series of networking gatherings aimed at bringing together business owners located within the host city and connecting with business resources.  Whether you’re interested in networking with fellow entrepreneurs, learning about upcoming YCDA programs these outreach events are for you.
