Local Entrepreneurs invited to attend: Business Accelerator Conference in April

YAKIMA, WA –The Yakima County Development Association (YCDA) will be hosting its Bilingual Business Accelerator Conference on Friday, April 18th.  The event will feature interactive workshops, expert panels, and networking sessions designed to support business owners in their second stage of business growth.

Prospective Attendees: To ensure that the program is impactful and tailored to the needs of the community, participation in the Bilingual Business Accelerator Conference is recommended for businesses located in Yakima County, in operation for a minimum of two years, and fewer than 30 employees.

Conference Highlights:

  • Keynote Presentation: An opening Keynote by Jon Smith, executive director of YCDA and Amy Martinez Chief Executive Officer of South-Central Workforce Development Council.
  • Interactive Breakout Sessions: Attendees will engage in hands-on sessions focused on marketing, financing, innovation, and scaling strategies.
  • Networking Opportunities: The conference will provide dedicated time for participants to connect with fellow professionals, potential resources for their business, and industry experts.

“This conference is designed to equip business owners with the resources and connections they need to grow their operations and thrive,” said Jon Smith, Executive Director of YCDA.
